Non-personalized items can be returned within (7) days of delivery, as determined by your carrier tracking number.
Personalized items are not returnable. *** Please review your order "carefully" for any mistakes before submitting it. ***-
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original, unused condition.-
For any manufacturing defects or printing errors, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. A photo of the damage or error may be required as proof.
